Rock N Roll Hall of Fame Show had some crazy shit…like B.B. Bono needs to take a page from Lars Ulrich and heed to the “less is more” approach to speaking with a mic. was it just me or was clarence cleamons missing from the E Street band? Why did Bono announce the boroughs of NYC? Fuck you, you’re not Mike D. Casey Blake is pissed that Sting stole his look. Annie Lennox rolls out in an “HIV POSITIVE” shirt. Where was Chevy Chase? That being said, Smokey Robinson — killed it. Aretha — killed it. Jeff Beck not fucking up “Superstition” but actually making it better — so money. Remembering that Little Stevie is in the E Street band — money. Purists be damned, even Lou Reed and Metallica wasn’t bad.
