Girls & Cass McCombs @ Bootleg Theater Sept. 10th

cass-girlsOur homeboys over at Aquarium Drunkard (for the record this is your second post on Buddyhead in a row Justin) & other homeboys over at the Fold present Cass McCombs with Girls, Thursday night, at the Bootleg Theater in Los Angeles with guest John Webster. No idea who John Webster is, but Cass and Girls are pretty damn good live. Plus knowing AD’s taste, and that they’re behind this show, I’m sure John is great as well. Run over to Aquarium Drunkard and leave your name (first/last) and email in the comments HERE cuz they are giving away tickets for this show. Normally we don’t help promote shit on the nights I DJ, but I’m bending the rules… that means I better see all of you at Good Luck Bar drinking your faces off after this show. Yes, that’s where I’ll be DJing while you fuckers get to see this show. Someone make sure and report back about this shindig.

DEATH OF A CLOWN

Chris Checkmen gives his two cents on a subject that first reared it’s ugly head last Thursday afternoon; and, while he realizes that he’s not reacted as fast as the new younger hip twitter-y generation, well, who fucking gives a shit? more >
