No I haven’t left this place completely yet… it’s just summer and I’ve been doing a while lot of nothing. Doing nothing takes up a lot of time man. And I can’t get a job in LA so I figured I’d just throw the towel in on the whole "I’m trying to get my shit together thing". Instead, I’m headed for Europe to freeload on the Nine Inch Nails tour starting this coming Saturday, click here for the dates. I can’t wait for all the festivals like Reading and Leeds, should be tits. If you’re gonna be out there, send me an email and if you’re not a weirdo and/or you wanna buy me drinks maybe we’ll meet up.
Anyways, enough about me, this new AA Bondy record is seriously one of the best things I’ve heard all year. It’s near perfect. My friend Sam Velde hipped me to this bad boy a few months ago and I haven’t stopped listening to it since. It’s actually the singer of that band crappy band, Verbena, but from the sound of things homeboy has turned the suck WAY down. Check out AA Bondy’s Myspace page as well as Superphonic Records Myspace page. "American Heart" doesn’t come out until September 4th, but you can order it now from the Superphonic Records website for a mere $13. Do it. From what I heard this dude turned in like three full records so we should see a lot more tunes from this talented young gentleman really soon. Either way, we win.

Sorry I’ve been gone… news of The Verve getting back together, me learning how to surf (btw the way if you have any extra boards, click here) and just cool shit going on… I forgot all about this place. Enjoy these two upbeat happy summer songs from Spiritualized.
P.S. We have tickets and will be seeing The Verve LIVE at on the of the Blackpool and London shows… I love life. If you live there and wanna let us crash on your floor or buy us a pint… email me.

We are very excited to announced we have signed a new band to the Buddyhead family from Denver, Colorado called Moccasin (formerly Nightingale). Check out their website @ http://moccasinmusic.com/ and their myspace page @ http://www.myspace.com/moccasinmyspace. And make sure to download a couple free mp3s from their website, “Ezra’s Ghost” and “Tudor Moon”. You can also buy their “Last Leaf” EP on Itunes (which contains both of those jams) by clicking here.
